Abstract

Quality of nursing worklife is a subjective assessment of a person's current state of life in several areas of life that are important to him. Quality of life in nurses is the quality of a nurse in her work to become a helper who has an influential aspect in doing the job. Good productivity of a nurse in a hospital is obtained through the management of a quality work life or good quality of nursing work life, quality of work life is also influenced by support for employee development through providing opportunities for training, involvement in decision making, providing opportunities for planning and teamwork. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of nursing work life and the implementation of occupational safety and health in hospitals. The research method used was descriptive correlational with a cross-sectional approach design. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling with a total of 97 respondents. Data collection was carried out using the QNWL Questionnaire and the K3 culture questionnaire. The results of the study using the Spearman rank test analysis showed that there was a relationship between quality of nursing work life and the implementation of occupational safety and health in hospitals (p = 0.000). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between quality of nursing work life and the implementation of occupational safety and health in hospitals.
